Last Updated: February 5, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the ACH Antioch Masonry website or by requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
ACH Antioch Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, stone patio installation, retaining walls, and related masonry construction. All services are subject to written estimates and customer approval before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Service availability may vary based on scheduling, weather conditions, and material availability.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the project. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change after this period due to material cost fluctuations or other factors.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. You are responsible for any collection costs or legal fees incurred due to non-payment.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We will make every effort to complete work within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or rescheduling fees.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we guarantee our workmanship for a specified period following project completion.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, improper maintenance, structural settling, or modifications made by others. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
7. Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring a safe work environment. We will take precautions to protect your property but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.
For your safety, please keep children and pets away from the work area during construction. Our crew follows strict safety protocols and you agree not to interfere with work in progress.
8. Permits and Regulations
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for providing accurate property information and disclosing any HOA requirements or deed restrictions that may affect the work.
All work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations. You agree to allow inspectors access to your property as needed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACH Antioch Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
